To view any of the Kingdom Reality Ministries live streaming events you must register for a Streaming Account which is diffrent from a Kingdom Reality Account. You must also register for each stream separately by clicking the register button and pay if applicable.We thank you for your hunger and pray that the Lord meets you in great ways.

The system requirements to view the streams are as follows:

1 GHz processor
512 Mb of ram
Broadband Class Internet Connection (at least 600kbps down)
Flash 9 or higher

 

You can check the 1 GHz processor and 512 Mb of ram by :

(PC) right clicking on the “My Computer” Icon and going to the properties.
(Mac) Click the apple and go to about this Mac.

Q: What is a stream?

 

A: A stream is a live feed of audio and/or video and in this context it is both being represented as an Online Prayer Meeting or Online Workshop.

 

 

 

Q: Why do I need to register for an account and a stream?

 

A: The account logs you into the Kingdom Reality Ministries system and by registering for a stream it gives you access to that particular stream (meeting/workshop).

 

 

 

Q: How do I register?

 

A: Click the Login link and then click the Register Here link. If you are still having trouble you can watch the video tutorial.

 

 

 

Q: Is there a cost for the On-Line Prayer Meeting?

 

A: No, the On-Line Prayer Meetings will always be free.

 

 

 

Q: Is there a cost for the On-Line Workshops:

 

A: Yes, the On-Line Workshops are three hours in length and cost $45.

 

 

 

Q: It's time for the service or workshop but I can't see the live stream, what do I do?

 

A: First - check to see if you have the flash Plug-in installed, install it if you haven't already. See Adobe Link above.
  Second - Refresh the page by hitting the refresh button it looks like a circle arrow.
  Third - check and see if it's time for a scheduled break, as we will be taking breaks during the workshops. During the breaks the video could go gray or just show an empty room.

 

 

Lastly - check and see if the event is scheduled for today and that you calculated for the correct time and timezone.

 

 

 

Q: What should I do if the stream is really jumpy?

 

A: This could be due to many things:
Close all other programs on your computer, and all other explorer windows.
If possible, shut down all other computers on your network, as they will take bandwidth thereby slowing the stream.

 

 

 

Q: What do I do if I can't hear anything?

 

A: Check your speakers to make sure they have power and are plugged into the right plug on computer.
Check your volume on the speakers and in the computer to ensure the volume is up high enough.
Refresh the page by clicking the refresh button in your browser.

 

 

 

Q: What do I do if I still can't get into the service/workshop?

 

A: Please contact us via our online form and include any pertinent information.

 

 

 

Q: Will I be able to test the stream before the live service/workshop?

 

A: Yes, the live stream will be up with a title page at least 10 minutes before the service/workshop and we highly encourage you to sign on early to ensure you have access to the stream.

 

 

 

Q: Will there be a chat function with the service/workshop?

 

A: Yes, there will be a chat function with the service/workshop. Because the purpose of the service/workshop is to make the message God has given Jason T. Westerfield to deliver available we are setting the following protocols:

 

 

 

Q: What are the technical specifications of the archive downloads?

 

A: Our archive downloads are packaged in a ZIP file containing either Audio MP3 files or Video MP4 files (depending on the type of archive you purchase). Our MP3 files are encoded using the LAME MP3 encoder at 32Kbps high quality mono. Our MP4 files are encoded using the H.264 video codec at ~200Kbps, with an AAC audio channel at ~80Kbps mono.
