- What is a PDF, Audio MP3 or Video MP4 Download?
PDF Downloads are digital versions of our publications.
Audio MP3 Downloads are digital versions of our voice audio recordings (CDs).
MP4 Downloads are digital versions of our video recordings (DVDs).
Digital downloads are a great alternative to purchasing hard-copy versions of our products, especially for the individual familiar with the concepts of downloading files and using media players. When purchased, the download is immediately available for you to download and enjoy without having to wait for shipping.

- Why are Downloads less expensive?
Downloads are less expensive because they do not require us to stock a physical packaged product. The system requires no shipping, manufacturing or handling on our part, so we are able to make them available at a lower price.

- What are the system requirements?
Downloadable files can be very large (up to several hundred megabytes for video downloads!), and can take quite a long time to download. Therefore, we strongly discourage the purchase of a downloadable version of our media unless you have a very fast high-speed internet connection. In addition to fast internet, your computer must meet the following system requirements:
Macintosh
Mac OS X (10.1.5) or later
256 MB Ram
200MB available disk space for PDF/MP3 downloads, 1GB available for MP4 video downloads
400 Mhz G3 processor or faster
A high-speed internet connection such as Cable or DSL
Adobe Acrobat Reader (for viewing PDF files)
iTunes (recommended), or other media player capable of playing MP3 audio and MP4 video.
Windows
Windows XP or later
128 MB Ram
200MB available disk space for PDF/MP3 downloads, 1GB available for MP4 video downloads
500 Mhz processor or faster
A high-speed internet connection such as Cable or DSL
Adobe Acrobat Reader (for viewing PDF files)

- I downloaded the file, but I don't know where it went on my computer. Can you help me?
The download location for computer is a setting that you can change, so we won't be able to tell you where the file is. You will need to search for the file. We have conveniently named all of our files to include the title of the media in the filename (i.e. Increasing In Favor.mp3), so you can search your computer for that file.
Windows Users: Right click on the start menu, then select search. You can search for the file here.
Macintosh Users: Click on the spotlight in the top right, then search for the title to locate it on your computer.

- I right click on the download button to save the file to my computer, and a blank document appears on my desktop, or a document with gibberish. What am I doing wrong?
You are unable to right click and save the file to the desktop, this will create a blank or unreadable document. You will need to click on the download button, and it will redirect you to your download.

- Why did my download arrive as a ZIP file?
By default we put the download files in a ZIP file in order to package all the files together. Simply extract the ZIP file and you will have access to the media files. For help with extracting a ZIP file please see this article.

- What are the technical specifications of your digital media files?
Our downloadable audio files are encoded using the LAME MP3 encoder at 32Kbps high quality mono. Our downloadable video files are encoded with a size of 320w × 240h at 29.97fps using the H.264 video codec at ~200Kbps, with an AAC audio channel at ~80Kbps/32Khz mono, in an MP4 container.
