SHIPPING POLICY

Kingdom Reality Ministries STRONGLY recommends that you set up an account with our Web

Store when placing your order. A customer account allows Kingdom Reality Ministries to store order history and shipping status.

Address Format

• Before completing your order, please check to make sure that all of your information was entered correctly.

Time Table for Order Arrival/Delivery

• ALL ORDERS take a minimum of seven (7) business days to process.

• ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS INCLUDE:

  • Holidays - When ordering around a holiday date, orders will take longer to be processed.

  • Conferences (hosted by Kingdom Reality Ministries) - When placing an order during conferences hosted by Kingdom Reality Ministries, please be advised that your order process will take longer than our standard processing time. Our conference dates are listed on our Kingdom Reality Ministries web site www.kingdomreality.com.

  • Weekly Order Processing Schedule - Orders placed Friday will not be shipped out until the following Friday. Orders placed Saturday - Thursday will be shipped out no earlier than the following Friday.

• Time allotted for shipping is based on several factors, including destination address and how quickly Kingdom Reality Ministries can obtain and assemble items for shipment.

Shipping Method

USPS FIRST CLASS: Ship time is subject to item availability. USPS First Class transit time is approximately 3 business days. This class of mail is only available for packages under 13oz.

USPS PRIORITY: Ship time is subject to item availability. USPS Priority transit time is approximately 2-3 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you. This class of mail is used for packages over 13oz.

USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL: Ship time stated by the United States Postal Service reads as "varies." Therefore, USPS gives their customers no estimated time of delivery. This method can only be used for envelope packages that are less than 4 pounds. USPS is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of The United States. Kingdom Reality Ministries is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages. International packages have been known to take up to 2 months to reach their destination because of other countries customs and delivery services.

USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL: Ship time is subject to item availability. Airmail Parcel ship time is an estimated 4-10 days. USPS is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of The United States. Sound Wisdom Media is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages. Some international packages have been known to take up to 2 months to reach their destination because of other countries delivery services. Please be aware, some countries require extra documentation to be presented at the time of delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

• On occasion packages are returned as "undeliverable". In such cases, we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges).

• If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. HOWEVER, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.

• We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

• If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.

Why My Package Was Undeliverable

*Our carriers may deem a package "undeliverable" for one of the following reasons;

• INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient.

• IF an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address', the package will not reach its destination.

• CARRIER DOES NOT DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS: USPS does not deliver to some addresses. If you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that USPS only forwards first-class mail and magazines, U.S.P.S DOES NOT FORWARD PACKAGES.

• ADDRESS FORMAT: If an address was entered in an incorrect format, it will be undeliverable.

Weather Delays

• If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.

After Estimated Delivery Date

• USPS Ship Methods: No tracking is available at this time. Due to this feature, please allow 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date before inquiring about your order.

RETURN POLICY

Non-refundable Items

• ALL MP3 and MP4 purchases are FINAL.

Timeline for Returns

• FULL REFUND CONDITIONS: REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY KINGDOM REALITY MINISTRIES PERSONNEL. Only new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Kingdom Reality Ministries staff will receive a refund within 30 days of delivery. Any products shipped to Kingdom Reality Ministries without pre-approval will not be refunded.

• PARTIAL REFUND CONDITIONS: Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will only receive a partial refund.

Faulty Product

*Please try playing all media in several different players before contacting us about potentially faulty product. Some MEDIA (DVD/CD) will not play in equipment that is not CURRENT technology.

• We will replace any faulty product you may receive. Before returning the product to us, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Your name as appears on the order.

  • Shipping address.

  • Your daytime phone number.

  • Order number.

  • Product details: please include information on the make, model and year of your CD/DVD player and symptoms of your faulty product.

Shipping Charges

• We will pay return shipping costs if we request product to be returned as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Item Condition

• Items returned to Kingdom Reality Ministries that are damaged may or may not receive a partial refund. Your refund will be at the discretion of Kingdom Reality Ministries personnel.

Window of Time for Refund

• ALL REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY KINGDOM REALITY MINISTRIES STAFF. Please do NOT return ANY products without contacting Kingdom Reality Ministries. Products shipped to Kingdom Reality Ministries without pre-approval will not be accepted for refund.

• You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly.

• Time period stated includes the transit time for us to receive your return product (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
