This is an incredible opportunity for upcoming leaders of our generation to immerse themselves in a year of accelerated development and equipping for ministry. Each intern will have time to build a personal relationship with Jason T. Westerfield and receive mentoring from him. Jason carries tremendous wisdom and revelation about leadership development in the Kingdom resulting in a heart of love for people. You will travel internationally with Jason to break open a region and empower leadership on a national level. During the year you will develop strategies for launching your own ministry, and receive consistent mentorship, counsel, and impartation from Jason.
The internship is a unique opportunity where Jason spends extensive time developing Leaders who can reproduce other Leaders. These individuals will be equipped to change the world after 12 months of intensive leadership development and witnessing God's great exploits as He touches people's lives with His love, miracles, signs and wonders. You will be challenged and encouraged to grow with God and grow deeper with one another.
Activities you can look forward to during the year include:
- Five international trips
- Australia
- New Zealand
- England
- Two trips to Asia
- Participate in all Kingdom Reality Conferences with speakers such as Ian Clayton, Jeff Jansen, Patricia King, and Joshua and Janet Mills.
- Participate in Two Day Gatherings with Jason and in 24 Regional Meetings. You will also be involved in Online Workshops and Online Prayer Meetings.

The total cost for the Internship is $32,000. The first $5,000 is due on or before October 15, 2010. Please read the application packet for further breakdown of due dates.
The total price includes housing, books and all trip fees.
